Accelevation is targeting a valuation of up to $5.4 billion in its initial public offering on a US stock exchange, The Economic Times reports.
The figure marks the company's most ambitious public pricing signal to date. A valuation at the top of that range would place Accelevation among the more sizable technology listings to hit the American market this cycle.
The Economic Times did not disclose the number of shares to be sold, the expected price band, or a firm timeline for the offering. Details on underwriters, the exchange chosen for the listing, and the intended use of proceeds also remain undisclosed at this stage.
For investors, the $5.4 billion ceiling offers the first hard anchor for pricing expectations. Actual valuation at debut will depend on demand during book-building and final pricing decisions by the company and its bankers.
A completed listing at or near that level would give Accelevation a public currency for acquisitions and a benchmark for secondary trading. The coming weeks should bring a regulatory filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission, which would fill in revenue figures, share counts, and the offering's structure.
