Babson College's Board of Trustees has added four new members — Linda Henry '00 H'19, Alankrita Narang MS'15, Todd Ruderman MBA'99, and Karen Snow '93 — as the school closes out a $750 million fundraising campaign a full year ahead of schedule.
The Babson College Board of Trustees formally welcomed the four entrepreneurial leaders this fall, the College announced. Narang joins as the new chair of the Babson Alumni Advisory Board, and Snow joins as the new chair of the College Advisory Board.
Three trustees are leaving the board: Anthony Chiasson '95, P'26, Ryusuke Honjo MBA'99, and James A. Rullo MBA'85.
Why the timing matters
The arrivals come at a pivotal moment for the Wellesley, Massachusetts business school. In July, Babson announced that its ELevates campaign surpassed its elevated goal of $750 million, a year earlier than anticipated.
President Stephen Spinelli Jr. MBA'92, PhD said this summer that he will retire at the end of the 2026–2027 academic year. His tenure has been defined by growth in entrepreneurial leadership, innovation in entrepreneurship education, and historic philanthropic investments, according to the College.
This fall, Babson also stacked up fresh rankings: No. 1 undergraduate school for entrepreneurship by U.S. News & World Report for the 30th consecutive time, No. 12 best college in America by Time, and No. 1 for the largest share of alumni who are founders and entrepreneurs by LinkedIn.
Who are the new trustees?
Linda Henry '00, H'19 is co-owner and CEO of Boston Globe Media. She became CEO in 2020 after serving as managing director at the Globe and co-founding HUBweek, a partnership with Harvard, MIT, MGH, and the Globe. She's also a partner in Fenway Sports Group, which owns stakes in Premier League, MLB, NHL, NASCAR and TMRW Golf teams, and she invests at the league level in the PGA Tour, WNBA, and LOVB League One Volleyball. Henry is a four-time Emmy Award-winning television producer, an Emmy-nominated documentary producer, a children's book author, and a facilitator of a Guinness World Record. Babson awarded her an honorary degree in 2019, and she delivered the undergraduate Commencement speech in 2025.
Alankrita Narang MS'15 chairs the Babson Alumni Advisory Board and serves as chief operating officer of Boston Harbor Now, a nonprofit focused on revitalizing Boston Harbor and its neighboring islands. She has helped build the organization from a newly merged startup nonprofit into a $10 million institution. Narang has lived and worked across India, Chile, and the United States. In 2026, Boston Business Journal named her a 40 Under 40 honoree. She sits on the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce Women's Network Advisory Board and co-founded the American India Foundation New England's Circle of Hope giving circle.
Todd Ruderman MBA'99 co-founded the Holocaust Legacy Foundation and Holocaust Museum Boston. His career spans leadership in national construction firms, private equity groups, and entrepreneurial ventures. In 2002, he founded Tarco Properties, which grows a commercial real estate portfolio across the eastern United States. Ruderman backs autism research through the Lurie Center (MGH), Friendship Circle, The Wolf School, and Best Buddies International. In 2025, his gift helped launch the Tarco Institute for Real Estate and Entrepreneurship — the eighth center and institute to join the Arthur M. Blank School for Entrepreneural Leadership.
Karen Snow '93 chairs the College Advisory Board and leads Rose & Co. Capital Advisors, a capital markets advisory firm serving companies in both private and public markets. She previously served as global head of listings at Nasdaq, where she oversaw more than 2,000 IPOs and 200 switches representing more than $2 trillion in market capitalization, achieving an 83% IPO win-rate. Forbes named her one of its 50/50 most accomplished female executives in investing in 2024, and the World Federation of Exchanges recognized her as an Outstanding Female Leader in 2023.
What comes next
The new trustees will help steer Babson through Spinelli's final two academic years and the campaign-fueled expansion of its entrepreneurial centers. Their capital markets, media, real estate, and nonprofit credentials line up directly with the school's stated priorities in entrepreneurial leadership education.
