PowerUp Money has raised $10 million in a funding round led by Flourish Ventures, the Indian wealthtech company said. Peak XV Partners, Accel, Blume Ventures, Kae Capital, 8i Ventures and DeVC, all existing investors, also participated, according to PowerUp Money.

The fresh capital will support development of the company's artificial intelligence-led wealth management solutions and expansion of its advisory offerings, PowerUp Money said. The two disclosed rounds amount to $22 million, including the new $10 million round and a $12 million Series A.

Scale after the December 2025 round

PowerUp Money's $12 million Series A came in December 2025, led by Peak XV Partners and other investors, according to the company. More than 1.5 million users track mutual fund portfolios worth over Rs 2.5 lakh crore, or Rs 2.5 trillion, on the platform, PowerUp Money said.

PowerUp Money reports those balances as tracked portfolios rather than assets under management. The company disclosed no revenue figure for that activity, so its 1.5 million-user scale cannot be treated as a direct measure of sales.

Its mutual fund advisory subscription, PowerUp Elite, crossed 1 lakh paid members within one year of launch, PowerUp Money said. That equals more than 100,000 subscribers and gives the company an early paid-conversion benchmark beyond its broader user base.

Three routes into wealth management

PowerUp Money is building one platform around three products that combine mutual fund advisory, AI-powered digital services and human-led portfolio management, the company said. The structure creates three levels of investor engagement: subscription advice, AI-supported planning and managed advisory services.

  • PowerUp Elite is the mutual fund advisory subscription. More than 100,000 paid members joined within one year, according to PowerUp Money.
  • Elite Prime, the latest offering, provides personalized asset allocation, systematic investment plan and lump-sum investment strategies. It also includes portfolio rebalancing, withdrawal plans, an AI wealth coach and a personal assistant, PowerUp Money said. The allocation and withdrawal plans respond to each user's financial goals and risk profile, according to the company.
  • Infinite provides managed wealth advisory services, including financial planning, portfolio construction, multi-asset allocation and ongoing portfolio management. Infinite reached nearly Rs 500 crore, or Rs 5 billion, in assets under management within approximately nine months of launch, PowerUp Money said. The service remains available to a limited customer base.

Infinite's AUM gives the managed product an early scale marker, but its restricted access prevents a direct comparison with PowerUp Money's much larger user base. PowerUp Money did not disclose Infinite's fees or revenue, leaving AUM as an asset base rather than a sales figure.

What does this change for investors?

PowerUp Money says the new money will strengthen its technology capabilities and broaden its presence in India's wealthtech market. For investors and advisers, the practical effect is additional capacity behind AI-enabled digital advice, personalized planning and managed portfolios.

The product lineup separates service intensity. Elite covers mutual fund advisory subscriptions. Elite Prime adds goal- and risk-based planning with AI coaching. Infinite adds financial planning, portfolio construction and ongoing human-led management.

The next test is whether the fresh capital can widen Elite's paid base and extend Infinite beyond its limited launch cohort. PowerUp Money's disclosed checkpoints are more than 100,000 Elite paid members in one year and nearly Rs 500 crore in Infinite AUM in about nine months. The funding gives the company more room to scale; it does not settle whether those gains translate into durable revenue.
