What's News
- Pro Shop raised $24 million in a Series B round
- The funding will expand the company's golf media, entertainment, and commerce platform

Pro Shop has raised $24 million in a Series B round to scale its golf media, entertainment, and commerce platform, Pulse 2.0 reported.
The round marks one of the larger recent financing commitments in golf-focused consumer businesses. Pro Shop positions itself across three connected revenue lines — content, entertainment formats, and commerce — rather than betting on a single vertical.
What does the $24 million fund?
According to Pulse 2.0's report, the Series B proceeds are earmarked for expanding all three pillars of the platform:
- Media: building out golf content operations
- Entertainment: developing entertainment formats around the sport
- Commerce: scaling the transactional side of the business
The company did not disclose a valuation in connection with the round, and Pulse 2.0's report did not name the investors participating.
Why bundle media, entertainment and commerce?
Golf has attracted renewed investor attention as media rights, personality-driven content, and direct-to-consumer retail increasingly overlap. A platform that controls content production, entertainment programming, and commerce can monetize the same audience through multiple channels — advertising and sponsorship on the media side, licensing and formats on the entertainment side, and margins on transactions in commerce.
Pro Shop's Series B signals that its backers see enough traction across that combined model to justify scaling all three simultaneously rather than concentrating spending on one.
What comes next?
With $24 million in fresh capital, Pro Shop faces the execution question common to multi-vertical platforms: whether expanded media output and entertainment programming can drive measurable commerce volume. The company's next milestones — new content launches, entertainment partnerships, or commerce metrics — will indicate whether the integrated golf play can convert audience into revenue at scale.
