What's News

  • Rightway raised $155M in Series E funding led by Francisco Partners, with Thrive Capital and Khosla Ventures participating; total funding reaches $394.3M.
  • HIFI raised $37M in Series A funding led by Left Lane Capital; total equity funding now stands at $47M.
  • Neurath raised $1.52M of a $4M offering with two investors, per an SEC filing; the AI reliability startup was founded by Dan Morozoff in 2026.

Rightway, a New York pharmacy benefits management and care navigation platform, has raised $155 million in Series E funding — the largest deal in the city's September 24 funding cycle.

Francisco Partners led the round. Thrive Capital and Khosla Ventures also participated. The company, founded by Jordan Feldman and Theodore Feldman in 2017, has now raised $394.3 million in total equity funding, according to AlleyWatch's daily funding report.

Rightway targets two of the costliest problems in employer healthcare: prescription drug spending and care navigation. The platform helps employers cut pharmacy costs while steering members toward appropriate care. That dual pitch has attracted a deep investor bench spanning growth equity, venture and now a technology-focused buyout firm in Francisco Partners — a signal that the company is maturing past the traditional venture stage.

HIFI banks $37M for stablecoin payments infrastructure

HIFI, a financial infrastructure platform that lets businesses move money across stablecoins and bank rails through a single integration, raised $37 million in Series A funding. Left Lane Capital led the round.

The company, founded by Zach Walsh and Mohamed Afifi in 2022, has raised $47 million in total equity funding to date. HIFI's core proposition is simplicity: one integration covering both blockchain-based stablecoin transfers and conventional banking rails. As corporate adoption of stablecoins accelerates, infrastructure players that abstract away the complexity of dual-rail payments are positioning themselves as the connective tissue between legacy finance and on-chain settlement.

Neurath seeds AI reliability play

Neurath, an AI reliability platform that quantifies model uncertainty in real time so teams in critical industries can control autonomous systems, has raised $1.52 million, according to a recent SEC filing.

The filing indicates the total offering is for $4 million, with two investors participating in this close. Neurath was founded by Dan Morozoff in 2026, making it one of the newest entrants in a growing category of startups built around measuring when AI models should not be trusted.

The company's timing reflects demand from industries where autonomous system failures carry real consequences. Quantifying uncertainty in real time — rather than after an incident — is becoming a procurement requirement for critical applications, and Neurath is betting that reliability tooling becomes standard infrastructure for deployed AI.

The day in numbers

The three disclosed deals total more than $193 million in fresh capital for New York startups, anchored by Rightway's late-stage healthcare raise. With AlleyWatch noting its report updates throughout the day as new fundings land, the final tally for September 24 could climb higher.
