ORIX Aviation Buys Welsh Aircraft Aftermarket Firm AerFin for £475m
ORIX Aviation has agreed to acquire Newport-based AerFin, the aircraft engine and parts specialist employing 230+ people, in a deal worth about £475m, marking private equity firm CataCap's exit.
