U.S. Existing-Home Sales Fall 2.2% as 30-Year Mortgage Hits 7.4%

Existing-home sales fell 2.2% year over year to a 3.99 million annual pace, NAR said, as the 30-year mortgage hit 7.4% and the median price hit a September record of $417,500.
