Bill Franke's Frontier Will Add First-Class Seats to Its Airbus Fleet

Frontier Airlines will install first-class seats on its Airbus fleet next year, its 89-year-old chairman Bill Franke said, breaking from the bare-bones playbook that defined his budget empire.
