UK Job Satisfaction Hits Record Low of 74% as Pay Frustration Bites

UK job satisfaction has fallen to 74%, the lowest since 1989, as frustration over pay and flexible working grows, the Resolution Foundation's analysis of the 2025 British Social Attitudes survey shows.
