Bengaluru-based Live2.ai has raised Rs 130 crore, roughly $14 million, in a pre-Series B round led by IvyCap Ventures. The deal mixes primary capital for growth with a secondary component giving partial liquidity to early shareholders.

The startup, founded in 2024 by J Venkat, Neha Suyal and Yash Arora, will spend the money on three things: its agentic intelligence layer, go-to-market expansion for enterprise customers and global consumer brands, and regional cloud infrastructure across North America, Europe and Asia Pacific.

What Does Live2.ai Actually Sell?

Live2.ai runs an AI-based social intelligence and commerce activation platform. It turns online conversations and customer engagement into insights, campaigns and commerce opportunities for brands.

The platform lets brands monitor conversations, spot emerging trends, plan and publish social content, and track campaign performance across channels. It also handles audits and compliance for influencer and user-generated content, letting brands use rights-cleared material to build shoppable experiences across digital and offline channels.

Under the hood, the stack combines a unified entity graph, multimodal AI and autonomous agents. It monitors brand mentions on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, X and review sites to read customer sentiment and flag trends.

The company packages this into three capabilities: social intelligence tools for trend identification and campaign planning, audit and compliance features for influencer content, and multi-channel publishing with performance tracking.

Who Are the Eight AI Agents?

The platform deploys eight AI agents covering social intelligence, campaign management and customer engagement. Named agents include Crisis Detection, Trend Scout, Campaign Auditor and Autonomous Response.

The agents share a single entity graph and run under governance controls with human review. Live2.ai's pitch is that brands should move beyond monitoring conversations and act on them — catching potential crises, sharpening campaign execution and handling customer interactions directly.

How Big Is the Business?

The company said it serves more than 200 brands across the United States, Europe and Southeast Asia. Customers include Henkel's Schwarzkopf, Salonory, Titan Brands and Shiseido.

Revenue grew fourfold over the past 12 months, according to the company. Around 90% of that revenue comes from markets outside India, which explains the infrastructure push across three regions.

Where Does the Money Go Next?

The fresh capital funds further development of the agentic intelligence layer and expansion of enterprise and global consumer brand operations. Regional cloud capacity in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific is the other stated priority, aimed at supporting the international customer base.

With the round closed, Live2.ai plans to build on its social intelligence and commerce activation capabilities — connecting online conversations to campaign execution, customer engagement and, ultimately, commercial outcomes. For a company barely a year old with 90% offshore revenue and quadrupled sales, the bet is that brands will keep paying for AI that doesn't just listen but acts.
