D2C apparel brand ReplyAll has raised Rs 9.7 crore in a pre-Series A round co-led by Sadev Ventures and Atom XVII. ISV, Long View Ventures, existing investors Sparrow and Antler, and a group of angels also joined, the company announced.
That brings total disclosed funding to roughly Rs 16.5 crore across two rounds. The Bengaluru startup previously raised Rs 6.8 crore (about $750K) in December last year, led by Sparrow Capital and Antler India, with Bharat Founders Fund, DeVC and several D2C founders participating.
Where is the money going?
ReplyAll said in a press release that the fresh capital will fund fabric research and development, product design, new categories, and its retail and community presence.
That's a deliberate bet on materials rather than pure marketing spend. The company's Temperform™ fabric, used in its Coolest Tee, is designed to manage heat during everyday activities and sports. Its Flexknit™ material adds stretch and wrinkle resistance to trousers built for work, travel and casual wear.
What does the traction look like?
Founded in 2025 by Rushabh Sanghavi, ReplyAll sells performance wear and everyday apparel designed for work, travel, workouts and casual use. The brand leans on versatile styling, functional details and material innovation.
The early numbers suggest demand is real. The company says it has recorded month-on-month revenue growth for the past seven months. Its first three launches — the Coolest Tee, All-In Pants and Stepwise Tee — all sold out.
The standout figure: repeat customers account for 40% of revenue. In D2C apparel, where customer acquisition costs routinely eat margins, that retention level is what makes a fabric-first strategy economically credible.
What does this change for the sector?
For India's crowded D2C apparel market, the round signals that investors will still back early-stage brands that differentiate on product engineering rather than discounting. ReplyAll is pouring capital into proprietary materials — a playbook closer to technical outdoor brands than fast fashion.
The participation of returning backers Sparrow and Antler, plus new institutional names, also gives the young company a deeper bench for the next raise. Watch whether the fabric R&D spend translates into new categories — that's the test the fresh Rs 9.7 crore is buying.
