Everyday performance wear brand ReplyAll has raised Rs 9.7 crore (roughly $1.1 million) in a round led by Sadev Ventures and Atom XVII. That money goes straight into fabric research and development, product design, category expansion, and building out the startup's retail and community presence.
The round wasn't just two leads. ISV, represented by Jivraj Singh Sachar, Long View Ventures, existing investors Sparrow and Antler, and a group of angels also wrote checks. For a company founded by Rushabh Sanghavi in 2025, that's a fast follow from investors who first backed the bet.
What's driving the check?
ReplyAll's pitch is clothing that blends everyday wear with performance features. Its lineup includes the Coolest Tee, All-In Pants and Stepwise Tee. The company said all three initial launches sold out, and revenue has climbed month on month over the past seven months.
Two numbers stand out for anyone tracking early-stage consumer brands. Repeat customers account for 40 per cent of revenue — a retention figure most apparel startups would take in a heartbeat, especially ones under a year old.
The materials story is where the differentiation sits. ReplyAll's fabric technologies include Temperform™, used in the Coolest Tee, and Flexknit™, which delivers stretch and wrinkle resistance in trousers. The company plans to put more capital into material development and expand its product categories.
A new co-founder in the mix
The round comes with a leadership addition. Harmind Singh has joined as co-founder and chief marketing officer, taking responsibility for brand, marketing, creative and product design. Singh previously held design and creative leadership roles at PhonePe, BookMyShow and Uber.
He'll work with Sanghavi on product development, design direction and brand strategy. For a founder who launched the brand in 2025, adding an operator with three consumer-tech heavyweights on his résumé signals a shift from launch mode to brand building.
Why the investors bought in
Sadev Ventures and Atom XVII said their investment reflects the brand's materials-led approach and its focus on clothing suited to consumers' varied daily routines. In other words, they're underwriting the fabric technology, not just the merch drops.
The everyday performance wear segment — clothes that work for the office, the commute and the gym without a wardrobe change — has drawn steady venture interest as consumer habits blur formal and casual dress codes. ReplyAll plans to build on its existing product range as it expands its presence in that segment.
What does this change for practitioners?
For apparel operators, the deal shows investors still rewarding pre-scale brands when two conditions hold: sell-through (three sold-out launches) and repeat purchase behavior (40 per cent of revenue from returning customers). For competitors in athleisure and performance basics, expect a better-funded rival pushing proprietary fabrics rather than pure design or price positioning.
The Rs 9.7 crore gives ReplyAll runway to deepen Temperform™ and Flexknit™, widen its category range beyond tees and trousers, and scale retail presence — with a sharpened brand operation under Singh. The next signal to watch is whether it can hold that repeat-purchase rate as it moves past its early adopter base.
