Hlpy Closes €20M Round, Buys Carvoilà to Scale European Vehicle Services
Italian mobility scale-up Hlpy closed a €20M hybrid round and bought 100% of Carvoilà, with BBEI joining as shareholder. The deal supports Hlpy's push toward €100M in recurring revenue by 2027.
