Bengaluru performance-wear brand ReplyAll has raised Rs 9.7 crore in a round led by Sadev Ventures and Atom XVII, its second raise in under a year. ISV, represented by Jivraj Singh Sachar, Long View Ventures, existing investors Sparrow and Antler, and a group of angels also participated.

The company will spend the money on fabric research and development, product design, new categories, and expansion of its retail presence and community.

Alongside the funding, ReplyAll appointed Harmind Singh as co-founder and chief marketing officer. Singh will run brand, marketing, creative and product design, working with founder and CEO Rushabh Sanghavi on product development, design direction and brand strategy. He brings roughly two decades of experience in design, branding and consumer technology, including senior design and creative roles at PhonePe, BookMyShow and Uber.

What is ReplyAll building?

Sanghavi founded the company in 2025 to dress consumers whose days mix work, travel, exercise and social life. Instead of designing for one occasion, ReplyAll takes a materials-first approach, building garments around specialised fabrics meant to perform across settings.

The range covers polos, T-shirts, pants, shorts, joggers, jackets and overshirts across workwear, travel wear, workout wear, loungewear and padel categories. Prices run from roughly Rs 1,190 to Rs 4,799.

The company has developed eight fabric platforms, with two central to its launch products. Temperform, used in the Coolest Tee, manages heat. Flexknit delivers stretch and wrinkle resistance in trousers. The goal, per the company, is clothing adaptable to India's changing weather and an urban consumer's varied day.

Sanghavi argues people increasingly need clothes that move between environments without a full outfit change. A typical day might mean travelling in heat, sitting in an air-conditioned office, playing a sport and meeting friends in the evening — yet apparel is usually designed for each activity separately. ReplyAll wants to close that gap by combining design, material performance and everyday functionality, and the new capital will extend that approach to more categories.

Singh's product principle is blunt: every garment should look appealing while delivering practical value. A product that succeeds in only one of those areas, in his view, isn't enough.

Why did investors back it?

Dhruv Dhanraj Bahl, founder and managing partner of Sadev Ventures, said the most durable advantages in consumer businesses are built into the product rather than immediately visible to shoppers. ReplyAll's materials-first strategy stood out from the beginning, he said, and should get harder for competitors to replicate over time. He cited the brand's early traction as evidence consumers notice the difference.

Harsh Kapadia, founder and managing partner of Atom XVII, said his firm hunts for consumer categories before their growth becomes obvious. Indian consumers now have more occasions, outings and experiences to spend on while seeking multi-purpose clothing, he said, and ReplyAll has the product foundation to become an everyday wardrobe brand for that shift.

What came before this round?

The raise follows a Rs 6.8 crore maiden round in December 2025, led by Sparrow Capital and Antler India with participation from Bharat Founders Fund and DeVC. That round drew angels with direct-to-consumer experience, including Shantanu Deshpande of Bombay Shaving Company, Revant Bhate of Mosaic Wellness, Ashish Goel of Urban Ladder, Navin Parwal of Mokobara and Arjun Vaidya of Dr. Vaidya's. Sangeet Agarwal and Nikhil Bhandarkar of Panthera Peak Ventures also came in as angels.

At launch, ReplyAll debuted a men's collection built around fabrics designed for breathability, thermoregulation, sweat resistance and stretch — with India's climate in mind.

Sanghavi, who holds an MBA from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, has more than 15 years building consumer brands in India and Australia. Before ReplyAll, he held senior roles at Urban Ladder and Flipkart and worked with Australian furniture brand Brosa.

With Rs 9.7 crore in fresh capital and Singh on board, ReplyAll will deepen fabric innovation, enter new categories and widen retail and community reach — betting that everyday clothing can combine design and function across every part of a consumer's day.
