Omnichat has raised a $10 million Series A led by Openspace Capital, with Darwin Ventures and Acorn Pacific Ventures joining the round. The company will spend the money on its Agentic AI platform, deeper R&D around its Omni AI Agents, and faster international expansion beyond its Asia-Pacific base.
The AI-native marketing and customer experience company runs three core agents. An AI Marketing Agent builds customer segments and messaging campaigns. An AI Sales Agent recommends products and completes orders inside chat conversations. An AI Customer Service Agent resolves inquiries around the clock. A fourth product, OmniClaw, acts as an AI business analyst, tracking customer behavior, conversation trends, and store-level revenue attribution in real time.
What's the traction behind the raise?
Omnichat said roughly 300 brands adopted OmniClaw within two months of its June 2026 launch. Over the same period, the number of brands using its Marketing Agent tripled. That's the acceleration investors are buying into.
The company serves more than 5,000 clients, including Dyson, FILA, Watsons, L'Occitane, VF Corporation, SMCP, and Mead Johnson. Omnichat said its platform has helped those customers generate more than $100 million in revenue.
How is Omnichat different from a shared inbox?
The company's pitch is consolidation around a unified customer profile — not just aggregating messages. Marketing, sales, and customer service all run off one view of the customer. The platform supports WhatsApp, LINE, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, WeChat, KakaoTalk, and TikTok.
The attribution layer does the heavier lifting. Omnichat's system can trace purchases back to conversations, including transactions that customers eventually complete in physical stores. That closes a gap most messaging tools leave open: proving which chat actually drove the sale.
What did the CEO say?
Founder and CEO Alan Chan framed the round as a pivot point for the business. "This Series A marks an important step as we transition from conversational commerce to AI-driven commerce," Chan said. "Traditional customer messaging tools still need heavy human intervention to drive sales. With our Omni AI Agent platform, enterprises can deploy agents that sell, market, and support customers around the clock."
He also credited the investor group with funding the push outward. "Partnering with Openspace Capital, Darwin Ventures, and Acorn Pacific Ventures gives us the support to scale this approach across APAC and globally," Chan said.
What happens next?
The Series A will bankroll expansion beyond Omnichat's existing Asia-Pacific footprint. The goal: deploy autonomous AI agents across marketing, sales, and customer support workflows worldwide. With 300 brands already on OmniClaw and a tripled Marketing Agent base, the company now has to prove its agents sell as well in new markets as they do in APAC.
