Bengaluru fashion accessories brand Qiroko has raised Rs 1.5 crore in a pre-seed round led by ISV Capital, with participation from angel investors. The company disclosed the deal on October 31, 2026.

The check marks Qiroko's first outside money. The startup had been bootstrapped until this round, according to Indian Startup News. It claims an annualised revenue run rate of Rs 6 crore within its first year of launch, while maintaining what it describes as strong unit economics.

Who is behind Qiroko?

Shivam Vasisht and Ashwin Krithik founded Qiroko in 2025. The startup sells everyday fashion accessories, with a focus on affordable pricing and designs meant for daily wear.

Its product portfolio spans three categories: jewellery, watches and bags. The women's range covers earrings, necklaces, bracelets, rings, anklets, nose pins, toe rings and jewellery sets, made from materials such as copper, terracotta, pearls, resin, enamel and oxidised metal. It also runs a men's line of chains, earrings, rings, bracelets and cufflinks.

Where will the Rs 1.5 crore go?

Qiroko said it will use the capital to develop new products and expand its watches and bags ranges. It also plans to strengthen distribution through D2C channels, online marketplaces and quick commerce platforms.

Part of the money will go into strengthening the team and building in-house brand and content capabilities, so that more of its marketing material is made internally. That shift matters for a young consumer brand: content costs scale with catalogue breadth, and Qiroko sells across three product categories from the start.

The startup already sells beyond its own website. Its distribution includes Amazon, Flipkart and Myntra, plus quick commerce platform Blinkit. The Blinkit presence puts impulse-friendly accessories into 10-minute delivery slots, a channel India's consumer brands have pushed hard into over the past two years.

How big is the market it is entering?

India's artificial jewellery market was valued at $4.98 billion in 2025, according to MarkNtel Advisors. The research firm projects it will reach $9.73 billion by 2032, growing at about 8.79% a year from 2026.

That near-doubling over seven years frames the bet ISV Capital and the angels are making: affordable, daily-wear accessories sit in a category with steady projected growth rather than a speculative one.

What does the deal signal?

A Rs 1.5 crore pre-seed for a one-year-old bootstrap claiming Rs 6 crore in annualised revenue is a modest sum against those metrics, and the company itself flagged its unit economics as a selling point rather than hypergrowth. The test ahead is whether Qiroko can convert its first institutional capital into a durable watches and bags business alongside a crowded affordable-jewellery field — and whether quick commerce distribution can carry accessories the way it has carried beauty and grooming products.
