Bengaluru-based D2C apparel brand ReplyAll has raised Rs 9.7 crore in a pre-Series A round co-led by Sadev Ventures and Atom XVII. The company will spend the money on fabric research and development, product design, new categories, and its retail and community presence.
ISV and Long View Ventures joined the round, alongside existing investors Sparrow and Antler and a group of angel investors. The deal lands roughly a year after the startup's last cheque.
Who is behind ReplyAll?
ReplyAll sells performance wear and everyday apparel built for work, travel, workouts and casual use. The brand leans on versatile styling, functional details and material innovation rather than seasonal fashion cycles.
Fabric sits at the core of its product engine. Two proprietary materials anchor the lineup:
- Temperform, used in the Coolest Tee, manages heat during everyday activities and sports.
- Flexknit delivers stretch and wrinkle resistance in trousers designed for work, travel and casual wear.
The company said the new capital will push fabric research further and fund expansion into additional product categories.
What traction does the company have?
ReplyAll has recorded month-on-month revenue growth for the past seven months. Its first three launches — the Coolest Tee, All-In Pants and Stepwise Tee — all sold out.
Repeat customers now account for 40% of revenue, a figure that matters in D2C apparel, where retention typically decides which brands survive past their launch cycle. Sold-out debuts plus a heavy repeat-purchase base give the company early proof that its fabric-first positioning converts into repeat spending.
What came before this round?
The startup previously raised Rs 6.8 crore in December 2025, in a round led by Sparrow Capital and Antler India. Bharat Founders Fund, DeVC and several D2C founders also participated in that earlier raise.
Sparrow and Antler returned for the pre-Series A, signalling continued backing from the investors who led the previous round. That kind of insider follow-on often reads as confidence in the company's operating metrics between rounds.
What happens next?
The fresh Rs 9.7 crore gives ReplyAll room to widen its catalog beyond its initial trio of hero products. Watch whether the brand's next launches repeat the sell-out performance of the Coolest Tee and All-In Pants — and whether the 40% repeat-revenue share holds as the customer base scales.
